Two email signature files are available in html format.

Download the email signature and open the HTML file in your browser by double-clicking it. Do not open it in Word. Select the on/off toggles as needed. These are optional.
Important: Please adapt the legal information regarding company.
Once you are satisfied with the selected data, click the “Copy Block” button.
Outlook for Windows:
Open Outlook. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Type the name of your new signature and paste the previously copied content into the signature editor.
The font will automatically adjust to Arial 10, as required. Edit the email signature information with your data and save it.
Then set it as the default signature for new messages and/or replies if needed.
Important: Do not change the font (Arial), sizes, line spacing, or the spacing to the logo/line. Edit text directly in the signature editor.
